Nerve Build Samabat

I. Introduction
Before anything else, I'd like to say that I will be using Deva to classify both Deva and Garuda. It's easier than typing Deva/Garuda all the time. (Garuda is the female counterpart of a Deva).

Devas are what we called the tribe who practices magic spells in Tantra. This tribe can cast powerful spells but are weak physically. Devas are classified into 2 more classes. Abikaras are the elementalists that focuses on damaging spells while Samabats have summoning powers and are known for their tapas recovery skills.

Devas are originally thought to be Mental/Heart builds. But after endless tests and experiments, Nerve build Devas are what they are calling the "new generation Devas". Another reason why NERVE builds are uprising is because of the Karya's skill Jama Trika. The higher the TP of the target, the more damage it takes. Nerve builds don't have high TP thus making them survive Jama Trika.

II. Chakras
Muscle
* increases physical ATK and DEF
Nerve
* increases physical ATK and DEF for all classes
* increases Avoid(Flee rate) and Attack Personality(hit rate/crit rate)
* increases magic damage for deva/garuda
Mental
* increases max TP for deva/garuda.
* increases magic damage for Deva/Garuda
* increases magic resistance for all classes
Heart
* increases max HP/TP for all character classes except Deva/Garuda
* increases 5 max HP for Deva/Garuda

III. Skills
Deva skills are made of Physical, Fire, Ice, Lightning and Support Tree.

Physical - spells reduced by defense
Fire - high damaging spells, fast cooldown
Ice - low damaging spells, support spells, spells to slow down enemies
Lightning - mid damaging spells,
Support - passive skills, support spells, and summons

Skill Tree:

Deciding on which skills
The most common new generation skill builds are based on Fire/Lightning without any single point in Physical. Fire based spells gives the most damaging spells while Lauti Batia from the Lightning tree proves to be one of a Deva's most useful and powerful spells for PVP. Ice spells however are also useful since it gives you more time to cast spells. The Physical tree is being discarded by most Devas now is because Desti is only effective against low defense players.

Jama vs Trata
Jama is usually the skill that party members are looking for in a Samabat. It is the skill that increases TP regen for players. Trata however is the skill that let's you consume less TP when using skills. If your party uses several skills in a short span of time, Trata would be better.

Lion Summons
Silver - High defense, low damage, slow attack speed
Gold - Low defense, high damage, fast attack speed
Both lions have the same amount of HP if at the same level

IV. Items
I will discuss here the important items as well as how to decide on which items to choose from.

Earrings:
Lvl 1 Demi-Mantra Earring
- +65 max HP +30 Avoid +7 Nerve +7 Heart +20 TP regen

Bracelets:
Lvl 1 YinYang Bracelet
- +30 Defense +80 max HP +10 Mental +5 Heart +120 max TP

Rings:
ASBA Ring
- +20 Defense +10 Heart +100 TP +10 All Resistances

Necklace:
Necklace of the Brave
- +3 to all Chakras +7 All Resistances +50 HP +50 TP ???
Rucaka of Kirika
- +10 Heart +100 HP ???

Deciding on Accessories
If you don't have the items above, or if you're having a hard time deciding which items to get first, here's how. Convert the bonus +HP and +TP to chakra point then compare again. The item which gives more total chakra points should be prioritized. A good example is comparing Bangle of the Wise and a lvl 3 YinYang, the Bangle of the Wise would give more chakra points.

Rucaka of Kirika vs Necklace of the Brave
Rucaka of Kirika gives +10 chakra to heart, then converting the +100HP will add another +20 chakra giving the Rucaka of Kirika +30 chakra points.

Necklace of the Brave gives 9 total Chakras that would be useful to a Deva (heart, nerve, mental), converting the +HP and +TP converts to another +20 Ckakra points, but then it also gives +7 resists to all. So at the end it gives +29 ckafra and +7 resists.

V. Building your Deva
How much Mental ?
The purpose of Mental in your build would be to have sufficient TP and also to give you enough resistances. There should be at least base 40 Mental here. As for the maximum, it's still up to you since higher mental still means higher damage. But remember that the higher the TP you have, the higher a Karya's Jama Trika would deal damage to you.

How much Nerve ?
The nerve Deva would of course be focusing more on Nerve than any other stats. More nerve means more damage. But it is said that after 350 total Nerve, your damage would only increase by small amounts.

How much Heart ?
As for heart, I would recommend using heart items to boost your HP. With good heart items, you would reach at least 800 HP even with 10 base Heart. I would suggest adding heart if you're already satisfied with your damage.

Canes/Staves
The secret to a Nerve Deva is his weapon. Without his weapon, the damage of his spells would be very very weak. I suggest using 2-hand staff of the Deva's level to be upgraded to at least +6 with elemental upgrades to the element of his spells. The more powerful the staff is, the more powerful the spells will be. Level restrictions also apply to the staff.

VI. Leveling your Deva
Skills from 1-45:
Hima (at least 5)
Agni (10)
Tomara (try to max this)
TP Regen (Max)
Range (Max)
Ru (extra points)

The purpose of that skill build is to kill monsters the fastest way. That's the fastest leveling build you will have from 1-45. After changing job, that's where you plan out your real skills.

Where ?
1 ~ 30: Just do the quests. If you don't want to do the quests... just do it.
30 ~ 35: Ananga, Ananga Dvantas, Witches
35 ~ 40: Sarpa Rajas (these are definitely the easiest monsters to kill. you could kill these with 1-2 spells)
40 ~ 45: Byokbos, Exile parties
45 ~ 50: Exile parties
50 ~ 6x: Pamir (solo), Exile parties
How to choose a good party
Don't count the amount of pranas you get per kill, but count the amount of pranas per minute. If you party with high level players, your pranas intake will be lower. So partying with people near your level would be a good idea since it would give both of you good amount of pranas. Sometimes soloing would give you more pranas per minute than in a party. Depends on how fast you can kill a monster.

When you reached around lvl 55+, you'll eventually get "leveling partners". These are usually high level players that party with you so they will get Jama and won't run out of TP.

I'm planning on changing my build once chakra reset is out. I just need to complete my accessories (2pcs asba, 2pcs yy2, 2pcs demi 2).

i'll set it to:

50 - 100 base mental (probably just 60)
300 nerve
100+ heart
